1 lb or 4 boneless PORK CHOPS
6 oz NATURAL YOGURT without sweet
2 tablespoons GARLIC PASTE
1 tablespoon FRESH GROUND PEPPERCORNS
2 tablespoons LEMON PEEL
2 teaspoons ZAATAR
1/4 teaspoon SALT
1 / 4 teaspoon OREGANO
3 ears of fresh ROSEMARY
STEP BY STEP
1. Marine the pork chops with yogurt for one (1) hour before cooking. If possible, do it from the previous day and refrigerate. If you do not have a lot of time 10 minutes is enough.
2. Mix the garlic paste, the ground pepper, the lemon peel and the zaatar and sprinkle over the chops. Then, before baking, add salt, oregano and rosemary.
3. Cook 16 minutes at 360F in an Air Fryer. In a convection oven cook 16 minutes at 375F. Be sure to preheat the oven first.
Remove and serve.
