This is day 10 of my weight loss journey. I am intermittent fasting (flexible 18:6). I am currently exercising at home for at least 20 minutes a day.
My goal is to lose 200+ lbs. I gained over 200 lbs in the course of 8 years. I want to document my journey to hold myself accountable, motivated and dedicated thru this tough journey! These videos are for me, myself and I, however, if I motivate someone while on my journey – then that is a double blessing!!
