Pre workout (before the workout) 30 mins before the workout:-

Black coffee /
Green Tea

Intra workout (between the workout):-
BCAA

Post workout :-
Isolate Protein Powder 1 or 2 scoops
Multi Vitamins 1 or 2 caps as per the daily requirement
Omega 3 -2000 mg
Vitamin C – 500 mg
Take all the above supplements post workout as our body absorbs maximum nutrients at this time.

At Night –
Omega 3 – 1000 mg
