Recipe 1:
Salted “Caramel” Turtle Overnight Oats Recipe
½ cup oats,
½ cup Almond milk
1 Mejdool Date pitted and chopped small
Around 4 Pecans (chopped)
½ Tbsp Cocoa Powder
¼ tsp pure Vanilla extract
1 tsp pure Maple syrup
Some Sea salt

Add to a Mason Jar (or tupperware) the oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, pure vanilla extract, pure maple syrup and the pitted mejdool date.
Stir Well.
Place in Fridge Overnight
In the morning you can enjoy these overnight oats straight frm the jar or pour it in a bowl. Add more almond milk if desired. Top with Pecans and a pinch of sea salt. YOu can either enjoy this cold or hot.

#2 Carrot Cake Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

½ cup oats,
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup grated carrots
1 tsp maple syrup
½ tbsp raisins
¼ tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut

TOPPINGS FOR OATMEAL
Spoonful of greek yogurt (optional)
Tbsp Walnuts (chopped)

Add all ingredients (except greek yogurt and walnuts) to a mason jar and stir.
Cover with lid and put in the fridge overnight.
Eat straight from the jar in the morning or add it to a bowl.
Top with a spoonful of greek yogurt and the walnuts.

#3 PB & J Overnight Oats Recipe

½ cup oats,
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup strawberries or raspberries. (You could add jam instead but remember that’s going to add more sugar and carbs to the recipe. 1 ½ tsp chia
2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter called pb2
1 tsp maple syrup.

Add ingredients to mason jar and stir
Add the lid and put into the fridge overnight.

When it’s ready, take it out and pour into a bowl or you can eat it from the jar. Then you can add any fruit on top. I’ve added a few frozen blueberries on top.
