Salad diet: All nutrients Raw vegan weight loss shredding meal plan diet

Hi,

I am Aura Paradis and in this video I give a meal plan of 900-1000 calories for weight loss, 2000 calories for shredding phase in muscle building on a vegan diet, while overachieving the daily recommended values for protein, fiber, omegas, vitamins and minerals.

I call it the salad diet.

First meal plan contains sunlight, 2-3 liters of natural spring water, aproximately 300g raw garlic, 500g raw white mushrooms and 1.5 kg raw spinach with a sprinkle of salt. Second meal plan contains the first meal plan plus 1kg boiled lentils.

These two meal plans can be enough to shut down all concerns related to veganism and actually make people young and healthy again on a vegan diet.

I highly recommend this diet to anyone who wants a perfect body but does not believe in human supernatural powers but science.

To those who are spiritual I recommend to believe they can attain what they want and that they are doing it on any diet because as God created the elements and substances from nothing, so can we.
