S/W Sausage x 2
boiled eggs x 2
bacon x 3 rashers
tomatoes tins x 1/2 can
mushrooms x 6
Chicken vegetable stir fry SP, broccoli, carrots, onion, mushrooms, cabbage x 2 types, peppers, green beans
apples x 2
oranges x 2
strawberries x 4
butternut squash soup x 1 bowl
dark ryvita x 2 with laughing cow cheese
melon x 1/2
water x 1 litre

Ingredients
450g lean beef/chicken stir-fry strips, visible fat removed
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 tsp grated root ginger
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
Low-calorie cooking spray
400g pack stir-fry vegetables
100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
150ml beef/chicken stock
4 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
