VLOG 🌸 My Weight Loss Drink – Lose 3 Pounds in 1.5 Weeks

So I recently lost 3 pounds in 1.5 weeks. This tropical smoothie I make every morning really really helped aid in my weight loss. It keeps me completely full, energized, and focused for about 3-4 hours. I drink this for breakfast every morning with a banana or two boiled eggs.
‼️Please note that this video is simply showing you the method of how to make this weight loss drink… there are no measurements, and everything is to preference. This video just shows how I like mine. Feel free to substitute an Orange if you don’t have a Lemon, or want to leave out the Raspberries and substitute your favorite fruit. Be sure to keep some type of Citrus, or the drink will be very flat.
You will need:
🥥100% Coconut Water
🍑Sliced Peaches in 100% juice
🍓Raspberries
🍋1/2 of 1 small fresh Lemon
🍃2 leaves of fresh Mint
🌸Splash of Vanilla
