Lose weight fast with Egg Diet Recipe – Egg Dal Tadka, High Protein Weight Loss Recipe – Egg Dal, Lose weight fast eating Eggs.

Eggs are full of protein and healthy nutrients like iron, zinc, folate and vitamins like A, D, E. White and brown eggs have the same nutritional content.

An egg a day is ok! Enjoy an egg every day!

Benefits of Egg:

Egg Dal Tadka Ingredients:
– Finely chopped Tomato – Small Size
– Finely chopped Onion – Medium Size
– Finely chopped Garlic Cloves – 3-5 nos
– Finely chopped Ginger
– Finely chopped Green Chilli – 1-2 nos
– Coriander Leaves
– Moong Dal – 50 gms
– Oil/Cow Ghee – 1 tsp
– Eggs – 2 nos
– Salt – As per your taste
– Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
– Red Chilli Powder – As per your taste
– Coriander Powder – ½ tsp

Tadka Ingredients:
– Oil/Cow Ghee – 1 tsp
– Jeera/Cumin – little
– Rai/Mustard Seeds – little
– Red Cilli – 1 no.

Note: If you have Cholesterol problem, then do not add egg yolk, use only egg white in recipe.

Egg Dal Tadka is a one bowl recipe, have this in lunch or in dinner. Along with this have Raita/Salad or Curd (Low Fat)
