This vlog is about starting my weight loss journey and changing my lifestyle this will be part of a weekly series which I will talk about what I eat in a day and what my weight is on a weekly basis. As explained in the video I have tried many different ways to lose weight and nothing has worked so far.
I’m not used to vlogging so please excuse the bad quality and for not looking at the camera much.
Who am I?
My name is Nicole I will be putting up vlogs 4 times a week on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Wednesday will be a weight loss vlog and Sunday will be a weekly vlog. I will be vlogging about weight loss, travel, lifestyle and tips and tricks.
