Weight Watchers Flex Uk | Taking A Diet Break To Boost Weight Loss Motivation | Week 59

Doing the Weight Watchers Flex Plan has been a journey of discovery. Recently I have taken a diet break to boost weight loss and motivation. During this time I have focused on what I want to achieve through dieting and how I want to feel. The result has reaffirmed that finding happiness is my main goal and body positivity is what I strive for.

When I look back and see the footage I filmed two weeks ago it portrays exactly how low I was feeling. I was bored of the foods I was eating and overwhelmed about how negatively I felt about myself. This is why I haven’t put any updates up for a while. I didn’t want to show an unhealthy view of what I was thinking. Instead I wanted to find a way to take some time to work on being more body confident. Time away was what I needed. As you know my channel is my honest diet story, so I felt that I wanted to share what happened when I decided to take a diet break.

I am really enjoying sharing this experience. It is helping me to stay on track. As well as making me more positive and happy about my body image.

Throughout my teen years I yo-yo dieted, and in my late teens I went from a size 26 jeans down to a size 12/14!! This was one of the best things I did, for my body and my mind. Since then I have had two beautiful children and gone up and down with my pregnancy weight. When my youngest (Emme) was 6 months old I decided it was time to start trying to be healthy again. That was when I joined Weight Watchers.

Since January 2017 I have lost over 3 stone in weight, and completed two 0-5k, 10 week running courses. However, as we all know, it is easy to get complacent and forget to log food. Therefore, I wanted to give myself a ‘kick up the bum’ and do weekly vlogs recording my progress, along with some of my favourite meals and tips for how I am sticking with Weight Watchers.
