I always thought, and so I heard, that shedding those extra pounds after the second baby will be more difficult than the first time round.
When I spotted my first visible cellulite on my thighs during my first pregnancy, I got seriously worried. This was not coming from a place of ‘I need to be perfect’ mindset but from a desire to maintain a toned and healthy physique. I remember lying on my bed (I think I was about 3 months pregnant), thinking to myself “If I really want to make life easier after birth I need to exert self-control with the things I eat.
