What to Eat After a Workout for Weight Loss (Post-Workout to Lose Weight)

I’m going to try and eliminate all the confusion around what to eat after a workout for weight loss.

The most important thing when you’re trying to figure out what to your post-workout meal should look like is actually when you should be eating it.

Wait until you’re hungry to eat your post-workout meal. This way you’re helping to make sure you’re getting into an energy debt and burning body fat with your post-workout meal that you’re consuming after a workout.
